Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van het Koninkrijk Noorwegen betreffende het internationale personen- en goederenvervoer over de weg
Each of the Contracting Parties shall allow any carrier established in the territory of the other Contracting Party to engage in the international transport of passengers not being regular services, between any point in its territory and any point outside that territory as well as in transit through its territory, without any special licence.
