Artikel 13
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van de Nederlandse Antillen, en het Koninkrijk Zweden inzake de uitwisseling van informatie betreffende belastingen
1. This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by a Contracting Party. Either Contracting Party may terminate the Agreement, through diplomatic channels, by giving written notice of termination to the other Contracting Party at least six months before the end of any calendar year.
2. In such event, the Agreement shall cease to have effect on the first day of January of the calendar year next following the end of the six month period.
3. Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement the Contracting Parties shall remain bound by the provisions of Article 8 with respect to any information obtained under this Agreement.
