Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van de Nederlandse Antillen, en het Koninkrijk Zweden inzake de uitwisseling van informatie betreffende belastingen
1. Each of the Contracting Parties shall notify the other in writing, through diplomatic channels, of the completion of the internal procedures required by its law for the entry into force of this Agreement.
2. The Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the receipt of the later of these notifications and shall thereupon have effect from that date. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply for any taxable periods, which could still be investigated at the moment of the information request, according to the laws of the Applicant Party.
