Verdrag betreffende de erkenning en de ten uitvoerlegging van buitenlandse vonnissen in burgerlijke en handelszaken
This Convention shall not affect other Conventions relating to the recognition and enforcement of judgments to which the Contracting States are already Parties so long as those States have hot concluded a Supplementary Agreement under the terms of Article 21.
Unless it is otherwise agreed, the provisions of a Supplementary Agreement concluded under Article 21 shall prevail over the terms of any prior Conventions in force between the Parties relating to the recognition and enforcement of judgments to the extent that their terms are mutually inconsistent.
