Artikel 32
Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Indonesië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by a State. Either State may terminate the Agreement, through diplomatic channels, by giving written notice of termination on or before the thirtieth of June of any calendar year following after the period of five years from the year in which the Agreement enters into force.
In such case, the Agreement shall cease to have effect:
a) in respect of tax withheld at source to income derived on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the notice of termination is given; and
b) in respect of other taxes on income, for taxable years beginning on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the notice of termination is given.
In such case, the Agreement shall cease to have effect:

b) in respect of other taxes on income, for taxable years beginning on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the notice of termination is given.
