Artikel 31
Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Indonesië tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
This Agreement shall enter into force on the latter of the dates on which the respective Governments notify each other in writing through diplomatic channels, that the formalities constitutionally required in their respective States for the entry into force of this Agreement have been complied with.
This Agreement shall have effect:
a) in respect of tax withheld at the source to income derived on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the Agreement enters into force; and
b) in respect of other taxes on income, for taxable years beginning on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the Agreement enters into force.
This Agreement shall have effect:

b) in respect of other taxes on income, for taxable years beginning on or after 1st of January in the year next following that in which the Agreement enters into force.
