Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Gemenebest van Australië inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand ten behoeve van de juiste toepassing van de douanewetgeving en van de voorkoming, opsporing en bestrijding van inbreuken op de douanewetgeving
If the requested administration does not have the information requested, it shall initiate inquiries to obtain that information in accordance with its national legal and administrative provisions. These inquiries may include the taking of statements from persons from whose information is sought in connection with a customs offence and from witnesses and experts.
