Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Gemenebest van Australië inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand ten behoeve van de juiste toepassing van de douanewetgeving en van de voorkoming, opsporing en bestrijding van inbreuken op de douanewetgeving
On request, the requested administration shall authorise its officials to appear before a court or tribunal in the requesting State as experts or witnesses in the matter of a customs offence.
