Verdrag tot oprichting van het Internationaal Instituut voor democratie en verkiezingsondersteuning
1. The original agreement between the founding Members of the Institute was open for signature by States participating in the Founding Conference, held in Stockholm on the 27th February 1995, and entered into force on the 28th of February 1995.th February 1995, and entered into force on the 28th of February 1995.
2. Article VII of the Statutes was amended in accordance with Article XIV (then Article XV). The amendment entered into force on 17 July 2003.
