Verdrag tot oprichting van het Internationaal Instituut voor democratie en verkiezingsondersteuning
1. The Institute may establish cooperative relationships with other organizations, including international, inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations, with a view to furthering the objectives of the Institute.
2. The Institute may also invite organizations with which it shares similar objectives in democracy building, to enter into a strategic partnership for mutual cooperation on a medium or long term basis.
