Artikel 8

Europees Verdrag inzake de internationale geldigheid van strafvonnissen

For the purposes of Article 6, (I), and the reservation mentioned under (c) of Appendix I of the present Convention any act which interrupts or suspends a time limitation validly performed by the authorities of the sentencing State shall be considered as having the same effect for the purpose of reckoning time limitation in the requested State in accordance with the law of that State.
