Aanwijzing ex artikel 7 Wet marktordening gezondheidszorg inzake het bekostigingsexperiment fysio- en oefentherapie bij COPD
In deze aanwijzing wordt verstaan onder:
a) COPD in stadium II of hoger van de GOLD Classificatie:chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stadium II of hoger van de Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease Classificatie voor spirometry;
b) vrij tarief: tarief als bedoeld in artikel 50, eerste lid, onder a, van de wet;
c) wet:Wet marktordening gezondheidszorg;
d) zorgautoriteit: Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit, genoemd in artikel 3 van de wet.
