Drinkwaterbesluit
1. Op huishoudwater is de <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">wet</a>, met uitzondering van de <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/1" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 1</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/21" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">21, eerste lid</a>, en <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/31" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">31</a>, niet van toepassing.
2. Voor zover huishoudwater door een drinkwaterbedrijf wordt geleverd, zijn de <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/8" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 8, derde lid</a>, en <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/11" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">11, eerste lid, van de wet</a>wel van toepassing.
2. Voor zover huishoudwater door een drinkwaterbedrijf wordt geleverd, zijn de <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/8" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 8, derde lid</a>, en <a href="/wet/BWBR0026338/artikel/11" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">11, eerste lid, van de wet</a>wel van toepassing.
