Het label «Europese gedekte obligaties (premium)» wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor gedekte obligaties die voldoen aan de vereisten ingevolge de <a href="/wet/BWBR0020368/artikel/3:33a" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 3:33a</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0020368/artikel/3:33b" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">3:33b</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0020368/artikel/3:33ba" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">3:33ba van de wet</a>.
