Artikel 5k

Het College van Toezicht ziet erop toe dat een collectieve beheersorganisatie handelt overeenkomstig het bepaalde in de <a href="/wet/BWBR0001886/artikel/44" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 44</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0001886/artikel/44a" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">44a</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0001886/artikel/44b" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">44b</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0001886/artikel/45" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">45 van de Auteurswet</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0005921/artikel/19" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">19 van de Wet op de naburige rechten</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0010591/artikel/I" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">5ba van de Databankenwet</a>.
