Artikel 232

Bij de invordering van provinciale belastingen blijven de <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/5" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikelen 5</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/20" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">20</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/21" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">21</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/26a" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">26a</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/59" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">59</a>, <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/62" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">62</a>en <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/69" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">69 van de Invorderingswet 1990</a>buiten toepassing. Bij de invordering van provinciale belastingen die op andere wijze worden geheven, blijft bovendien <a href="/wet/BWBR0004770/artikel/8" class="text-primary-600 hover:text-primary-700 underline decoration-primary-300">artikel 8, eerste lid, van die wet</a>buiten toepassing.
