The customs administrations may assist each other by benchmarking, exchanging knowledge, experience and best practices on matters such as:
a) training of staff;
b) customs procedures;
c) risk management;
d) use of technical equipment for control;
e) managerial and administrative organization;
f) other customs matters of mutual interest.
