1. Each Party may terminate this Agreement by means of a written notice through diplomatic channels.
2. The termination shall take effect on the first day of the second month following the month in which the notification of termination is received by the other Party.
3. The termination of the Agreement shall not release the Parties from any obligations contracted during its application.
