Artikel 4
Verdrag betreffende wijzigingen van normen die voortvloeien uit de erkenning van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving als een fundamenteel beginsel
1. Subject to paragraph 3 of this Article, this Convention shall come into force on the date on which the ratifications of two Members of the International Labour Organization have been registered with the DirectorGeneral of the International Labour Office.
2. Thereafter, this Convention shall come into force for any Member on the date on which its ratification is registered.
3. This Convention shall come into force for the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended, in accordance with Article XIV of the latter.
