Artikel 30
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Colombia tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen en het voorkomen van het ontduiken en ontwijken van belasting
1. This Convention shall remain in force until terminated by a Contracting State. Either Contracting State may terminate the Convention, through diplomatic channels, by giving written notice of termination at least six months before the end of any calendar year after the year of entry into force of this Convention. Notice of termination shall be regarded as having been given by a Contracting State on the date of receipt of such notice by the other Contracting State.
2. In such event, the Convention shall cease to have effect:
i) in respect of taxes withheld at source on amounts paid or credited to non-residents, after the end of the calendar year in which the notice is given, and
ii) in respect of all other taxes, for fiscal years beginning after the end of that year.
3. In the event of termination, the Contracting Party shall remain bound by the provisions of Article 24 with respect to any information obtained under this Convention.
