Artikel II
Administratief Akkoord tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Volksrepubliek Bangladesh inzake het project “Support to the Implementation of the Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100”
The Netherlands Party shall make an additional contribution of BDT 31,902,000.00 (top-up to accommodate the extension of the revised Reimbursable Project Aid (RPA) on top of BDT 132,896,000.00 (as amended on 23 January 2024), in the form of a grant to the project in the following manner:
– A total of BDT 164,798,000 (one hundred sixty four million seven hundred and ninety eight thousand BDT) of grant financing to be administered by the General Economics Division (GED).
The Netherlands Party's contribution will become available on the condition that:
– The Bangladeshi Partner shall have approved the Revised Technical Assistance Project Proposal (TAPP) for the project as per agreed Project Extension and Top-up Proposal;
– The General Economics Division (GED) has appointed the Project Director and Strengthen the Delta Wing with adequate capacity to complete the Project.
– A total of BDT 164,798,000 (one hundred sixty four million seven hundred and ninety eight thousand BDT) of grant financing to be administered by the General Economics Division (GED).
The Netherlands Party's contribution will become available on the condition that:
