Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Socialistische Republiek Vietnam inzake samenwerking en wederzijdse administratieve bijstand in douanezaken
1. This Agreement is intended to be of unlimited duration but either Contracting Party may terminate it in its entirety or in respect of each separate part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at any time by notification through diplomatic channels.
2. The termination shall take effect three months from the date of the notification of such to the other Contracting Party. Ongoing proceedings at the time of termination shall nonetheless be completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
