Protocol tot wijziging van het Verdrag tot bescherming van personen met betrekking tot de geautomatiseerde verwerking van persoonsgegevens

The text of Article 12 of the Convention (new Article 14) includes the provisions of Article 2 of the Additional Protocol of 2001 regarding supervisory authorities and transborder data flows (ETS No. 181) on transborder flows of personal data to a recipient which is not subject to the jurisdiction of a Party to the Convention.
