Artikel 14
Gastlandverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Verenigde Naties betreffende het United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Den Haag
Without being restricted by financial controls, regulations, notification requirements in respect of financial transactions, or moratoria of any kind, the Office:
a) may hold and use funds, gold or negotiable instruments of any kind and maintain and operate accounts in any currency and convert any currency held by it into any other currency;
b) shall be free to transfer its funds, gold or currency from one country to another, or within the host State; and
c) may raise funds in any manner which it deems desirable, except that with respect to the raising of funds within the host State, the Office shall obtain the concurrence of the competent authorities.
