Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en Oekraïne inzake internationale juridische samenwerking met betrekking tot misdrijven die verband houden met het neerhalen van vlucht MH17 van Malaysia Airlines op 17 juli 2014
1. A request by the competent authority of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for a transfer of the enforcement of the sentence shall include the following information:
a) the name, date and place of birth of the sentenced person;
b) his or her address, if any, in Ukraine;
c) a statement of facts upon which the sentence was based;
d) a copy of the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on which the sentence was based;
e) the nature and duration of the sentence;
f) information about the limitation period for the enforcement of the sentence;
g) any other information relevant to the enforcement of the sentence.
2. The competent authority of the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall provide a certified copy of the judgment.
3. The competent authority of Ukraine shall act expeditiously upon the request and in accordance with national law. It shall notify the competent authority of the Kingdom of the Netherlands of its decision.
a) the name, date and place of birth of the sentenced person;
b) his or her address, if any, in Ukraine;
c) a statement of facts upon which the sentence was based;
d) a copy of the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on which the sentence was based;
e) the nature and duration of the sentence;
f) information about the limitation period for the enforcement of the sentence;
g) any other information relevant to the enforcement of the sentence.
2. The competent authority of the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall provide a certified copy of the judgment.
3. The competent authority of Ukraine shall act expeditiously upon the request and in accordance with national law. It shall notify the competent authority of the Kingdom of the Netherlands of its decision.
