Artikel 15
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Aruba, en de Tsjechische Republiek inzake de uitwisseling van informatie betreffende belastingen
1. Either Contracting Party may terminate this Agreement by serving a written notice of termination through diplomatic channels to the other Contracting Party.
2. Such termination shall become effective on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of six months after the date of receipt of the notice of termination by the other Contracting Party.
3. Following termination of this Agreement the Contracting Parties shall remain bound by the provisions of Article 9 of this Agreement with respect to any information obtained under the Agreement.
