Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Panama inzake luchtdiensten
1. As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands this Agreement shall apply to the Territory of the European part of the Netherlands as well as to the Territory of the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
2. The Air Transport Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Panama, signed The Hague July 5 1996, will cease to have effect on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
