Verdrag tot invoering van een eenvormige wet op cheques
The holder may claim from the party against whom he exercises his right of recourse;
(1) the unpaid amount of the cheque;
(2) interest at the rate of six per cent as from the date of presentment;
(3) the expenses of the protest or equivalent declaration, and of the notices given as wel as other expenses.
