Artikel 18

1. Either Party may request consultation relating to the interpretation, application, implementation, or amendment of, or compliance with this Agreement or its Annex. Such consultations shall begin at the earliest possible date, but not later than sixty (60) days from the date the other Party receives the request, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Any amendment to the present Agreement agreed upon by the Parties shall come into force on the date on which the Parties have informed each other in writing of the completion of their respective constitutional requirements.
