Artikel 13

1. This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by a Party. Either Party may, after one year from the date of its entry into force, terminate the Agreement by giving written notice of termination, through diplomatic channels, to the other Party. In such case, this Agreement shall cease to have effect on the first day of the month following the expiration of the period of six months after the date of receipt of notice of termination by the other Party.
2. Even after the termination of the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1, both Parties shall remain bound by the provisions of Article 9 with respect to any information obtained under the Agreement.
