Artikel 7
Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Keizerlijke Regering van Iran betreffende commerciële luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheidenlijke grondgebieden
a) The services established according to articles 1 and 2 shall have as their primary objective to provide a capacity at a reasonable loadfactor adequate to the current and reasonably anticipated requirements for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between the territories of the Contracting Parties designating the airlines.
b) The commercial aspects of the agreed services shall be subject of a separate agreement between the designated Airlines of both Contracting Parties which shall be submitted for approval to the Aeronautical Authorities of the Contracting Parties.
Such commercial agreement shall cover matters dealt with in paragraph a) above, as well as matters relating to commercial cooperation including, interalia the carriage of traffic to and from third countries.
