Artikel 7
Luchtvaartovereenkomst tussen de Nederlandse Regering en de Oostenrijkse Federale Regering
Each contracting party reserves the right to withhold or revoke the exercise of the rights specified in the Annex to this Agreement by an airline designated by the other contracting party in any case where it is not satisfied that substantial onwnership and effective control are vested in nationals of a party to this Agreement, or in case of failure of an airline to comply with the laws of the States over which it is operated, as described in Article 6 hereof, or to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
