Artikel 11
Verdrag nopens een eenvormig stelsel voor de meting van zeeschepen
The Contracting Governments undertake to communicate to each other:
1. The text of laws, decrees, regulations and decisions of general application which shall have been promulgated on the various matters within he scope of this Convention;
2. All available official reports or official summaries of reports in so far as they show the results of the provisions of this Convention, provided always that such reports or summaries are not of a confidential nature.
The Government of Norway is invited to serve as an intermediary for collecting this information, and for bringing it to the knowledge of the other Contracting Governments.
