Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Turkije inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand ten behoeve van de juiste toepassing van de douanewetgeving en het voorkomen, onderzoeken en bestrijden van inbreuken op de douanewetgeving
On request, the requested administration may authorize its officials to appear before a court or tribunal in the other Contracting Party as experts or witnesses in the matter of a customs offence.
