Europees Verdrag inzake de academische erkenning van universitaire kwalificaties
Contracting Parties falling within category (c) in paragraph 21)[Red: Kennelijk is bedoeld: “paragraph 1 of Article 2”.] of the present Convention shall apply the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 thereof where the State is the authority competent to deal with the equivalence of university qualifications and shall apply the provisions of Article 5 thereof where the State is not the competent authority in these matters.
