Artikel 4
Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van Ierland betreffende de uitwisseling van stagiaires tussen Nederland en Ierland
(1). Prospective employers of stagiaires must declare themselves willing to remunerate the stagiaires as soon as they give normal service, in accordance with the rates fixed by collective labour agreements, where such agreements exist, or, where they do not exist, in accordance with the normal current rates for the occupation in the district.
(2). In other cases, employers must declare themselves willing to remunerate stagiaires in accordance with the value of their services.
