Artikel 9
Overeenkomst inzake tijdelijke invoer, vrij van rechten, van medisch, chirurgisch en laboratoriummateriaal in bruikleen afgestaan aan ziekenhuizen en andere medische instellingen ten behoeve van diagnose en behandeling
1. This Agreement shall remain in force indefinitely.
2. Any Contracting Party may withdraw from the Agreement by giving one year's notice to that effect to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe.
