Overeenkomst tot oprichting van de Plantenbeschermingsorganisatie voor Europa en het gebied van de Middellandse Zee
The Organization shall consist of:
a) the Council;
b) the administration, comprising the Executive Committee, the Director-General and the staff;
c) the Accounts Verification Panel;
d) such bodies as Council may decide to set up under Article XIII a.5.
