*Articles 34 [Red: per 21 november 2013: artikel 29] and 35 [Red: per 21 november 2013: artikel 30] were implemented at the time of the entry into force of the Constitution on 30 November 1954.This Constitution shall come into force, for those Governments Members of the Intergovernmental Committee for European Migration which have accepted it in accordance with their respective constitutional processes, on the day of the first meeting of that Committee after:
(a) at least two-thirds of the Members of the Committee, and
(b) a number of Members whose contributions represent at least 75 per cent of the Administrative part of the Budget,
shall have communicated to the Director their acceptance of this Constitution.
