Overeenkomst tussen de Lid-Staten van de Raad van Europa betreffende het uitreiken aan militaire en burger-oorlogsinvaliden van een internationaal bonboekje voor het herstellen van prothesen en orthopedische apparaten
1. There shall be instituted an international book of vouchers for the repair of prosthetic and orthopaedic appliances, which will be issued solely to military and civilian war-disabled.
