Overeenkomst tussen de Regeringen van Kambodja, Laos, Thailand en Vietnam en de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden betreffende de Nederlandse bijdrage aan de Commissie voor de cöordinatie van het onderzoek in het stroomgebied van de Beneden-Mekong
The Mekong Committee shall be able to purchase goods in the Kingdom of the Netherlands to a total value of the sum mentioned in Article 1. Requests for contribution of goods will be submitted by the Executive Agent of the Mekong Committee to the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, represented for this purpose by the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands with the Economic Commission for Asia and the Far East in Bangkok.
