Artikel 4

1. The Contracting Parties shall support:
a. co-operation between the proper veterinary authorities, veterinary institutions and the professional veterinary associations of the two states;
b. the exchange of proper representatives and specialists in the veterinary sphere of the two Contracting Parties in order to find out about the veterinary situation of animal husbandry and exchange of experience in practical, scientific and technical veterinary fields of each of the states.
2. Programmes of visits, meetings and exchange of proper representatives and specialists in the veterinary sphere as well as the plans of co-operation on given subjects in given time spans shall be in each case agreed between the proper bodies of the two Contracting Parties.
3. The costs resulting from the application of this Article are for the account of the state which in its own interest sends out its representatives and specialists in the veterinary sphere.
