Regionale Overeenkomst inzake de erkenning van studies en diploma's op het gebied van het hoger onderwijs in Latijns-Amerika en in het Caraïbische gebied
The Contracting States shall adopt as soon as possible procedures to secure, as soon as possible, for the purpose of the practice of a profession, recognition of degrees, diplomas, and qualifications in higher education conferred by the competent authorities of another Contracting State.
