Artikel 18

Each Contracting Party may, at any time, notify the other Contracting Party of its desire to denounce the present Agreement. Such notification shall be simultaneously communicated to the International Civil Aviation Organization. The denunciation shall take effect twelve (12) months after the date of receipt of the notification by the other Contracting Party, unless the denunciation is withdrawn by mutual agreement before the end of this period. In default of an acknowledgment of receipt on the part of the other Contracting Party, the notification shall be deemed to have reached it fourteen (14) days after the date of which the International Civil Aviation Organization receives the communication of the notification.
