Overeenkomst tot oprichting van het Afrikaanse Ontwikkelingsfonds
(1). The Fund shall publish an annual report containing an audited statement of its accounts and shall circulate to participants and members at appopriate intervals a summary statement of its financial position and an income and expenditures statement showing the results of its operations.
(2). The Fund may publish such other reports as it deems desirable to carry out its purposes.
(3). Copies of all reports, statements and publications made under this Article shall be distributed to participants and members.
