Overeenkomst tussen zekere Lid-Staten van de Europese Organisatie voor Ruimteonderzoek en de Europese Organisatie voor Ruimteonderzoek inzake de tenuitvoerlegging van een programma betreffende luchtverkeerssatellieten
The Organisation shall make all necessary contractual arrangements in order to become, on behalf of the Participants, co-owner of the satellites developed under the Integrated Programme, as well as of facilities and equipments acquired for its execution, up to and including the preoperational phase. Any transfer of facilities or equipments belonging to the Organisation after the end of the Joint Aerosat Programme shall be decided by the Participants in consultation with the Council of the Organisation.
