After 31 December *In conformity with the decision of the Inland Transport Committee at its thirty-first session, the period during which the Agreement would be open for signature has been extended until 31 December 1972.1972, the original of this Agreement shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall send certified true copies to all the States referred to in article 2 of this Agreement.
