Fytosanitaire Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Volksrepubliek Polen
1. A health certificate shall not be issued earlier than fourteen days before the date on which the consignment leaves the country of the Contracting Party.
2. The certificate shall be in English or German and shall not contain any alterations or deletions.
3. If the consignment consists of soil the text of the certificate shall be adapted accordingly.
