Overeenkomst tussen bepaalde Lid-Staten van de Europese Organisatie voor Ruimteonderzoek en de Europese Organisatie voor Ruimteonderzoek betreffende de uitvoering van het Ruimtelaboratorium-programma
Intellectual property rights arising from the execution of the programme, as well as access to and use of technical information so arising, shall be reserved to the Participants insofar as this is consistent with the relevant terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, but the Organisation shall have the right to make use of them free of charge for its activities as a whole.
