Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Staat Israël tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting met betrekking tot belastingen van nalatenschappen en verkrijgingen krachtens erfrecht
1. Nothing in this Convention shall affect the fiscal privileges of diplomatic or consular officials under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
2. This Convention shall not apply to estates of deceased officials of international organisations or members of a diplomatic or consular mission of a third State, as well as to estates of deceased members of their family living with them, who were present in one of the States and were not treated as being residents of either State in respect of taxes on estates and inheritances.
